tilt rotator

The tilt rotator is the flexible wrist of the Super Excavator. With the tilt rotator, all attachments of the ASTINATOR can rotate infinitely and tilt left and right.

Benefits
Many work steps can now be completed from just one position. The excavator needs to be moved less frequently. The tilting and rotating, similar to the human wrist, allows you to get your attachments to places and positions that you would otherwise only reach with tiresome manual labour. This saves time, labour and unnecessary manual work and increases worker safety as operators spend much less time in the danger zone.

What makes the tilt rotator special
Depending on the task, the tilt rotator provides up to 70% more performance! And it can also be set down fully automatically in just 30 seconds. This is unique for its class. It frees up more power reserves for lifting, tearing and tilting.

LIGHTING

The perfect lighting with over 20,000 lumens turns night into day and enables productive work in all directions even in darkness. The spotlights are controlled individually, preventing glare.

PROTECTIVE FRONT GRATING
The protective front grating protects from flying objects like stones, branches, demolition material etc. Excellent visibility ensured by slanted positioning!

The large cabin provides a spacious working environment with lots of legroom! The doors open wide for easy access and egress… In addition to the wide-open view to the front, the cabin also has large window areas on both sides and at the back. With just 73 db(A), you can work comfortably for long hours!

Platform/steps:
These steps provide access to the excavator, and at the top you also have a better view of your surroundings. The platform also functions as a brush guard and is the perfect place to mount spotlights and cameras.

Side-mounted arm: With its side-mounted arm, the Super Excavator is extremely agile, and the low space requirement makes it ideal for tight spots and construction sites (buildings, renovations, along busy streets). And from the driver’s seat you have an undisturbed view all around. The invisible area (blind spot) of classical excavators with bending arms is gone! And the ASTINATOR can also make itself REALLY “small”.

6 m telescopic branch cutter on the excavator arm: Always at hand when a branch blocks your way. This prevents damage (broken lines, scratched paint) to the excavator.

The ASTINATOR blade is 20 cm higher!
This means added performance of around 30% when pushing material. The blade can also be used to transport the attachments. They can even stay there when you rest lightly on the blade during work.

Marking spray, brake cleaner, straps, tools, spare parts etc.! The storage compartments also make perfect ascending aids onto the excavator. Or as a platform! This makes it very easy to clean the front screen or reach the upper storage compartments and tool boxes.
